The Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa em Ciências Forenses – IEPCF (Institute of Teaching and Research in Forensic Sciences) is a non-governmental organization, non- profit, unprovided of any ideological, political, religious or economical border. It is intended to produce and spread knowledge in Forensic Science, with the purpose of expert application, giving support to law and justice and strengthening the citizenship.
The researches are developed by associates in many professionals areas, like doctors, dentists, biologists and biomedicals, in addition graduation students of these courses. A lot of scientific works have been produced and published in scientific magazines and they have been shown in congress and events, national and international ones. Various scientific prizes have been conquered.
